Our prices are affordable
We do batch testing of products at scale to drive down our prices. Many products contain button or coin cell batteries. For example, there are thousands of different car keys. All must be tested and approved, including key shells. Importers face the prospect of either crippling invoices from accredited laboratories or fines of up to $10,000,000. That is an intolerable burden. We are here for you.
We have conducted time and motion studies to analyse the efficient movement of products from receipt at laboratory, barcode generation, data entry and photography, movement between testing stations, test data recording and compliance certificate issuance.
The Founder
Jim Noort is a Bachelor qualified Mechanical Engineer (UQ) with Masters qualifications in Business Administration (QUT). Over 25 years Jim has developed a depth of experience in Business Admin and Engineering that lends itself to the core operations of BB Labs.
Beyond the obvious requirement to interpret and administer product testing to Australian Standards, the greater challenge of data management across thousands of coin and button battery product tests is one his team is well equipped to manage.
